Tyler represents entrepreneurs and businesses specifically focused on projects related to blockchain technology, digital assets, virtual currency activities, and other emerging technologies. Tyler advises clients regarding digital securities offerings, also known as security token offerings or STOs, initial exchange offerings (IEOs), money transmitter licensing, and corporate structuring and governance. Tyler has provided blockchain consulting and legal advice to individuals and companies working in industries including biotech, real estate, gaming and gambling, cannabis, blockchain, and other industries.
Tyler also advises clients regarding intellectual property issues and is a member of the American Bar Association's Trademarks and Unfair Competition Division.
